This video is about one day in the GulunChanWu Kungfu Academy, a Kungfu school in Dengfeng, Henan province, China. It is built on the foothills of Song Mountain, the central one of China’s five sacred mountains, very close to the famous Shaolin temple. I love to visit this beautiful place, and Master Wu Nanfang, who is an amazing Kungfu and Zen master.
